Cold Cut does not collect information about visitors to our web site, except in the following two instances.

Requesting a Cold Cut Bulletin

If you are a retailer and you fill out our Bulletin Sign-Up Form, we use the information you provide in order to mail you our catalog, the Cold Cut Bulletin, as well as to add to our internal customer database in case we need to contact you in the future. We currently do not sell our customer contact information to any other company, though we reserve the right to make our retailer mailing list available to other parties in the future. If you want to prevent your contact information from potentially being provided to others at a later date, you may either ask us to ensure your contact information is not provided to others (by or by using the "comments" field on the signup form), or you may refrain from signing up for our Bulletin - an online version of our Bulletin is available here online, for free, without you having to provide any information.

Web Site Visit Tracking

We use third-party web site visit tracking software in order to determine which pages are being hit and when, as well as what "domain" the hits are coming from. We do not keep records of individual people's visits, but we do track visits from the same domain (your domain is the part of your email address that comes after the "@" sign). We use this information to gauge interest in the various parts of our web site. We will not make this information available to anyone other than our web developers. Other than the two methods described above, Cold Cut does not collect any information over the web. We are firm believers in freedom of expression and freedom of information, and as such strive to make as much information available here for free as possible without the need for collecting information from you in turn.
